I present an extensive overview with examples of the range of possibilities, from delicate earrings through large wall pieces. Together, we will explore both classic and modern techniques and materials as you work on your first pieces. Precious Metal ClayPMC has brought a completely new way of working to jewelry making, with much thinking outside traditional squares. Many old time-consuming, equipment-dependent techniques are no longer needed. The result is the ability to express yourself in many ways never before possible. The beginning class covers how to manipulate the material and pitfalls to be avoided while we discuss examples of how the material can be used. If you are more experienced, we’ll explore areas you are unfamiliar with. ClassesSix hours of instruction for either medium may be split over two sessions to accommodate your needs. A beginner's kit including an extensive syllabus and basic equipment is supplied. I also provide consultation service to bring insight into problem solving for specific issues.
